We like to keep things simple. Don’t you?
For a successful fundraiser just “touch all the bases.”
1) First - Choose your “Game Plan.”
A. Order Taking Sale,
B. 1-Day Fundraiser, or
C. Point of Sale
2) Second - Set a Time Period for your Sale. It should be 10 to 14 days and include at least 2 weekends
3) Third - Determine how many CDs you need (Depends upon your Game Plan)
4) Get the kids “Wound Up” and “Pitch” the Souvenir CDs to your supporters!

3 Game Plans
We’re flexible & can work with you in a number of ways. These are the most popular:
1) Order-Taking Sale. (Similar to Girl Scout Cookies.)
The kids show the flyer, get commitments and collect money. (Flyers and Sales Sheets Provided) at the end of the campaign, you let us know how many have been ordered, and you use the money you’ve collected to pay for the CDs. You keep over half of the money for your League!
NOTE: You should order at least 15-20% extra for "stragglers" and concession stand sales. These create additional profits.
The "Team Mom," will tally the number of orders and get each child the right amount to distribute. (Tally Sheets provided upon request.)
You should set worthy goals and offer rewards for teams and individuals. We will provide a free CD to any participant who sells 25 or more CD’s.
2) The 1-day Fundraiser!
You get all of your profit up front! Here’s How: Require each player to purchase a set number of the Play Ball CDs (For example 10) on a single day and collect all money up front. Then they are reimbursed as they sell CDs. (Flyers Provided) As an added incentive, you can sell the CDs to the kids for $10 or $12 and they can re-sell them at $15 and keep the difference to make it worth their while. They may also decide to keep the CDs and give them as gifts!
3) Point of Purchase. (Like fundraising candy bars.)
You order your “Play Ball” CDs up front and Supporters get their CD as soon as they pay. You set a goal (say 10-20 CDs per player,) and order the appropriate number of CDs. Each child sells as many as they can, (Flyers and Sales Sheets Provided) Give awards for the kids and teams who sell the most. CDs can be swapped among the players who undersold or oversold their quota. Sell Extras at concession stands. You make money all season. (CDs don’t spoil!!)
